• Boyd Anderson joined Crye*Leike Brock Real Estate in 2004 after moving from Memphis, TN.
• Boyd earned his broker's license in 2006 and was appointed as an executive broker of Crye*Leike Brock Real Estate.
• In January 2008, Larry Anderson announced his resignation as principal broker of the franchise. Boyd assumed the leadership role as principal broker.
• Prior to his real estate career, Boyd owned Process One, a one-hour photo processing lab and studio in Memphis, for approximately 10 years.
• Boyd enjoys all of the outdoor activities that living in the Heber Springs area offers, including trout fishing and spending time with his family on the lake.
• He also plays guitar, blues harmonica, and sings in the praise band at the First United Methodist Church in Heber Springs. He and his wife, Shannon, are active in their church where they serve in many other capacities.
• He is a native of Memphis, having graduated from White Station High School and attended University of Memphis. Boyd and Shannon have three children: two girls ages 19 and 11, and one boy, age 5.

• Cleburne County is approximately 160 miles west of Memphis, TN, and 50 miles north of Little Rock.
• Heber Springs, a poplar recreation and relocation community, was developed around Greers Ferry Lake, a 40,000 acre reservoir that boasts year-round conditions suitable for boating, fishing and hunting.
• From the Greers Ferry Dam, begins the cold waters of the Little Red River which boasts a 40 pound, 4-ounce world record brown trout caught in 1992. Greers Ferry Lake and the Little Red are located in the foothills of the Arkansas Ozark Mountains.
